We understand that sometimes an item doesn't fit or is not exactly what you expected ... and that's OK.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so simply return our product - unworn, unwashed and delightfully intact in the same condition in which you received it - along with your original purchase receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your original payment.
Whenever in doubt of ordering sizes - always order one (1) size larger. After all - your baby is only going
to grow!
Within 14 days of purchase - you will receive a full refund.
After 14 days, but within 30 days of purchase - you will be eligible for an on-line store credit.
Sorry, after 30 days all sales are final.
Your refund will either be credited back to your credit card, or an company cheque will be issued. When
sending in a return, please use our contact page and send us a quick note explaining the reason for
your return so we can be on the lookout for the package.
